Remember my Cinco de Mayo dinner party inspiration I posted last week? I finally brought that Mexico City bold color-filled vision to life to celebrate Cinco de Mayo a little early! I put together a table with a warm palette, but kept it fresh with green accents and a simple white tablecloth that let the solid bursts of color pop. The clear candlesticks added airy texture, while elevating the red tapered candles above the table to let the warm candle glow spread over the tabletop. I was also so excited to find the ombré chrysanthemums, which brought out the light blush in the salad plates. I wanted the table to feel fun and airy, then start to glow when the sun went down.
