White and Green Simplicity

This Monday I’m inspired by Cassandra Karinsky’s wonderfully light and consistent palette that fills her apartment with a soothing vibe of comfortable earthy tones. Most common are white, green, and brown, with the occasional pop of a red Moroccan rug, imported for her wholesale business Kulchi.

A hydrangea adds just the pop of green that Cassandra’s stark dining table needs, and her beautiful wool rug brings together the living room nicely, adding a bit of warmth underfoot. Her entry features a bright yellow stool and some colorful stacked rugs.

This bedroom has to be one of my very favorites. It’s so tranquil, and the plants Cassandra has added give it a slightly tropical vibe. The bedside table is such a unique shape and though it’s white on the outside, you get a hint that warm honey-colored wood on the inside of its legs.

It would be blissful to have such a lush view from this window sill/desk setup… It really is such a striking collage of green outside those expansive windows. Pretty sweet apartment, right? So simple, but rather than stark minimalism, Cassandra has added just enough green and warm tan to bring life to each room.
